Geneva Resources, Inc. (“Geneva” or “the Company”) has been established with a plan to build a diverse portfolio of gold, copper and other mineral resource exploration, development and production assets. Geneva is the result of the collaboration between skilled mining professionals, seasoned business development executives and strong financial backers working together to develop a land-base that comprises several diverse gold, copper and other mineral projects in mining regions. The company has interests currently in mineral properties located in Peru.

Geneva’s approach is to seek out and invest in gold, copper or other mineral resource properties at low cost or with a relatively low capital commitment by the Company.

At the end of the day, Geneva’s goal is to create value for shareholders. We plan to add board members comprised of leading industry personnel, as well as significant participants on our Advisory Board.
